COP volunteers can do one or both of the following:

Recruit Nonprofits: Work with other COP volunteers to make outreach calls to nonprofits. COP is always looking for nonprofits that can benefit from our services.

Design, Develop and Deliver a Workshop: With a team of 3-4 other volunteers, take part in the design, development and delivery of a workshop for a nonprofit. This process involves a number of steps:

1. Conducting a needs analysis (consists of 2 parts, both conducted on-site at the nonprofit)
   
   
2. Working with your team of volunteers to then design and develop the customized workshop (or workshopsundefinedeach nonprofit can request up to 2 workshops)
   
   
3. Implementing the workshop(s) with your team
   
   
4. Conducting an evaluation and communicating with the nonprofit to help them to develop their own follow up steps

COP provides in-services and training for their volunteers around outreach, needs analysis, design, development and delivery of training, and evaluation of the training’s effectiveness.
