Matt Holcomb is an organization effectiveness leader for Slalom Consulting in San Francisco, CA. Matt is an advisor to Fortune 500 sales, HR, L&D, marketing and IT leaders. His work spans strategy, design and implementation across frontline excellence, integrated talent management, and HR/L&D transformations. His experience focuses on integrated talent management and applying social media and gamification to support business outcomes.
Prior to Slalom Consulting, Matt was a Principal Consultant for Bersin & Associates; a Consulting Director for several years at Exemplary Performance, LLC, a performance management consultancy. Matt has also been a Strategic Services Architect for Saba, Inc., Manager at BearingPoint and sales leader at SPSS, Inc.
Matt is a longtime San Francisco resident and actively participates in Jefferson School Budget Committee, Urban Forests, and SF Parks Alliance. He spends his time hiking across Northern California and playing baseball and soccer with his wife and two children in the Golden Gate Park on most weekends.
Tyler Shada is a Director for Slalom Consulting based in Palo Alto, CA. He originally joined Slalom in Seattle and then relocated to the Bay Area to help open the local market. Over the past five years he has been part of the team scaling the Bay Area from origination to 160 employees. Tyler is focused on increasing velocity of the firm through account leadership, internal operations, analytics and talent acquisition. His work spans strategy, reporting, training, and tactical delivery within talent acquisition. His experience includes integrated talent acquisition and applying gamification to support business outcomes.
Prior to Slalom Consulting, Tyler was an independent consultant focused on software and mobile product development, a Product Manager at HigherMarkets, a Product Manager at Simplexis, and a Consultant at Accenture.
Tyler grew up in the Midwest, holds multiple engineering degrees from Northwestern University and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.
