BECOME A VOLUNTEER: Volunteer Descriptions
Needs Analysis Interviewer: Working with other, experienced training professionals, the interviewers conduct intake interviews with the nonprofit onsite. After the meeting, the interviewers review the data and determine whether a training need does, in fact, exist. We have a training module to assist new interviewers. This is a commitment for approximately 8 hours total.
Design, Develop, & Deliver Workshops: Working with other, experienced training professionals, the developers create a customized workshop for the nonprofit client. These responsibilities include meeting with the nonprofit to gather information, creating an instructional design, developing the content and materials, and conducting the workshop. We have a training module to assist new developers. This is a commitment for approximately 10 days total spread over several months.
Content expertise: We need subject experts in various content areas. You would work with the Design & Development team to build the nonprofit workshop. Some of the subjects we need help with are:

Outreach contactors: Help us reach the nonprofit community. We need volunteers to help us identify qualified nonprofits and to contact them. We have a training module to assist you. This is a very flexible commitment -- you pick the amount of time and the place to work.
