Podcasting and Blended Learning: A Case Study from a Leading Biotech
This is workplace learning and development on the leading edge! Harry Wittenberg from Apple will present a case study of how a blended learning system was designed and implemented to enable 1200 field sales representatives to learn new skills and knowledge through a blended learning environment including synchronous virtual classrooms, podcasting, online testing, and an informal learning 'club.' This practical case study will introduce various design tools that were used to align the learning strategies to Bloom's Taxonomy of Knowledge and the business requirements. Also, strategies for effective podcasting, and capturing and presenting metrics will be presented. This presentation is based on real world experience and will show concrete examples of the solutions designed. Don’t wait, register now and bring a colleague!
