Michael Sabbag Michael Sabbag possesses over twenty years of experience in the fields of Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Training. He has spoken at many professional organizations (national and local) discussing such topics as Performance, Strategic Planning, and Measuring ROI for Training.

Michael is currently Vice President of Talent Management at Learn.com responsible for the talent management consulting team and all internal HR and talent management activities. He is a current member of the ASTD National Advisor for Chapters team and is writing a book on developing exemplary performance due out in the fourth quarter of 2008. Michael has a Master of Arts degree from University of the Pacific and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the SHRM. He had the article The PM Approach to Suggestion Systems published in Performance Management magazine.
