LEADERSHIP THROUGH PRECISION QUESTIONING
What do these executives have in common?
- Bill Gates, Chairman, Microsoft Corporation
- T.J. Rodgers, President and CEO, Cypress Semiconductor
- Safra Catz, President and CFO, Oracle Corporation
- Sheri Benjamin, co-founder and former CEO of the Benjamin Group
- Greg Maffei, President and CEO, Liberty Media
- Pat Christen, President, Hope Lab; former Executive Director, San Francisco AIDS Foundation
Not much at first glance--they seem to have differing leadership styles and personality types. However, these executives share an intellectual characteristic: they are extremely skillful at thinking on their feet or, to be more precise, questioning on their feet.
Though their individual styles may be unique, the substance of their questioning - the nature of the questions they choose, their tendency to drill down, and their uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter - makes them Precision Questioners.
Influential executives use Precision Questioning (PQ) to drive innovation and stimulate new ideas. In this workshop, you'll learn how leaders at some of the world's most successful - and most powerful - organizations use questioning to keep their teams focused on the right things and the best solutions.
You'll also learn the basic PQ model and experience firsthand how to improve your own leadership performance, whether you're an executive, manager, project manager, or solo contributor.
Don't miss this excellent professional development opportunity to strengthen the left side of your brain!
